The separation of these three basic components has big advantages during the life cycle of a website. First of all the design will be created or extended. The content of the web page is strictly separated so that the design can be changed while the content can still be the same. Design and content will arrange themselves on their own.

In the graphical user interface authors are able to write texts and upload pictures or multimedia files. In addition to that, content can be published chronologically so that it is published or removed automatically by the software. Graphics can be produced by the Content Management System itself to produce menu buttons or graphical image headings.
