Right of rescission for the user
You can cancel the contract within a period of four weeks without giving reasons in written form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by sending the product back, unless you have acted in pursuance of your commercial or freelancing work (order by enterpriser). The period allowed starts at the earliest with receipt of the product and of a detailed instruction in written form. For keeping the term the timely dispatch of the cancellation or of the product is sufficient. The cancellation must be addressed to:
