With its 30 stations and almost 100 exercise elements, Europe's largest motor skills park offers special training in its most beautiful form.
At the 30 stations, specially designed by the Linz sports scientist Dr. Roland Werthner, people of all ages can train and improve their condition, coordination and motor skills.
The comprehensive training includes exercises such as different walking, balance parcours or earth wave running and helps to activate the entire body musculature.
In addition to a fruitful special training, lots of joy and fun, the Motorikpark Gamlitz is also characterized by the beautiful surrounding nature. The area encloses the Gamlitz landscape ponds and can be used freely and free of charge at any time, around the clock.
And if you want to complete your training with trained staff, there are also various personal coaches available.
