Risk locations for better damage limitation

Assuming your customer base as an insurance broker includes all property management companies. Countless rental houses at different addresses are managed by them. If damage occurs, it must of course be documented exactly which property management caused the damage, where the damage was caused and with which insurance company a contract was concluded. In order to record this information as easily as possible and to be able to quickly narrow down the damage to the respective property management company and its property, the individual locations are created in the system as so-called risk locations. In the event of a damage report, the stored data of the risk location can be called up and automatically transferred.
