New service app for the market town of Wagna

We were able to implement the “Wagna BürgerService” app for the market town of Wagna. Municipal citizens can use the app to report their concerns to the market town office quickly and easily. For this purpose, our employees create tickets for different categories - in the case of the municipality of Wagna "street lighting", "damage", "signs", "ideas/suggestions for improvement" and "other" - give a brief description of your request and can submit this to If necessary, additionally provided with photos.

The reports land via email and app push notification KundenMeister CRM directly from the responsible employees of the market community. The concerns are processed and users are informed of the progress via notifications in the app. As soon as a ticket or an issue has been resolved, the citizen receives a push notification about the changed status of the ticket, which is now stored under "Resolved tickets". 

In addition, the market town of Wagna wanted to be able to use the app as a communication platform. We have thus made it possible for important dates and useful information to be sent to the citizens of the community by means of push notifications. In addition, the event and environmental calendar of the market town of Wagna was integrated.
