Due to the expansion of our company, we are looking for a CRM SOFTWARE PROJECT MANAGER
Your tasks
- Planning, control and budget authority for our software projects from project initiation to go-live
- Detailed clarification of functional and technical customer requirements
- Interface between the customer, the sales department and software development
- Management and coordination of work packages and project team members to ensure that the project runs smoothly
- Creation of relevant project documentation
Your profile
- Relevant project management training and/or experience in leading software projects
- Commercial and economic basic knowledge
- Ideally, knowledge of the IT sector
- High customer and service orientation
- Organizational skills and communication skills
- Enjoy personal customer contact
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
- Very good knowledge of German OR English
