Due to the expansion of our company, we are looking for someone to implement our website projects IT DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the development of innovative IT solutions
- Coordination and management of the development team as well as technical contact person for the employees
- Management of new development projects
- Planning and control of ongoing developments and optimization of the existing product portfolio
- Ensuring product quality
- Coordination and prioritization of features and requirements, taking into account profitability, competitiveness and corporate strategy
Your profile
- Completed technical studies (FH, university) and/or many years of professional experience as an IT development manager
- Verifiable references in the implementation of IT projects
- Well-founded know-how of agile working methods
- Commercial and economic basic knowledge
- High customer and service orientation
- Organizational skills and communication skills
- Enjoy personal customer contact
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
- Very good knowledge of German OR English
