Contact management

Contact management is a central function of the 1Tool software. Via the contact database, which is the core of the 1Tool CRM software, many contacts (contact persons) and documents can be added to each contact.

The contact history is automatically created by 1Tool, as all outgoing and incoming emails and SMS are automatically stored with the contact. In this way, 1Tool creates a complete contact history for you. Your employees thus have the background knowledge they need to be competent in discussions with the respective contact.
