I can't send emails - what could be the reason?
In order for us to fix the problem for you, we need to know exactly what's not working.
If emails come back and it says something like "XBL Blocking List" or "Spamhaus" in the reply email then it's very likely that your computer is on a "blocking list". This means your computer has an IP address that is blocked by multiple anti-SPAM servers. For this reason, you cannot send e-mail messages to certain e-mails (e.g. to GMX addresses). You can try to enter your IP address there, there is usually a corresponding link in the reply email, such as www.spamhaus.org/query/bl
How can I set up an out of office assistant?
- You can log into webmail and make your settings there. (webmail.yourdomain.at)
- User: office@yourdomain.at (enter your email address here)
Password: sample password - On the left there is the button “Automatic Reply”

Yes: for setting up the vacation notification - Below you can enter the desired text and then save.
Minimum interval between two replies: 1440. This means that someone who writes you two, three, four emails a day will only receive your automatic reply once.
