We are very happy to present our new project for the Weingut Maier from Eichberg Trautenburg to be able to introduce.
The winery of the Maier family vlg is surrounded by vineyards and a beautiful landscape in the Mythenreich Südsteirisches Weinland nature park. Winkelbauer.
Having started decades ago as a wine dealer, the business has now developed into a magnificent winery including a quality wine tavern with guest rooms and a great outdoor area.
Between 15.000 and 20.000 liters of wine are pressed in the family business every year. Guests can not only enjoy this in the Buschenschank, but also in the in-house cellar with a guided wine tasting.
Harvested with love and cultivated with care in the cellar - values that the Maier winery pays particular attention to, because this is the only way to guarantee the extraordinary variety of Styrian wine.
In addition to the range of wines, visitors are also spoiled with other homemade delicacies. Starting with home-made meat and sausage products, smoked specialties and pumpkin seed oil, right through to brandies and grappa, the natural management and careful processing guarantee the excellent quality of the products.
