It doesn’t matter whether you don’t have enough cash to pay a fine at a police checkpoint, a workshop abroad that doesn’t accept a fuel card or not enough cash for the planned refueling stop – with the Service24 Assistance Card, your driver has the option of using the relevant emergency service directly on behalf of Service 24 pay.
To protect himself from theft or misuse, the driver carries the card with him in an unloaded state. Only in emergencies and after consultation with the fleet manager can the Assistance Card be topped up in the vehicle with an agreed amount within a very short time by Service 24 - and that's it the vehicle driver is quickly mobile again in emergencies and the expenses are much lower than with previous processes.
