Jakob completes the apprenticeship as an application developer and supports us in optimizing our CRM software 1 tool based on the 1Tool Style Guidelines and thus ensures an attractive and user-friendly interface. Thanks to Jakob, all buttons, lists, widgets, etc. are standardized within the system, so that all 30 modules of the software - from contact management to billing, ticketing, merchandise management, etc. - look identical and 1Tool users benefit from the intuitive usability of the software .
