The vineyards have been owned by the Fruhmann family for 3 generations and were only used as a workplace. When F. and K. Fruhmann took over in 1994, the houses and stables, some of which were 100 years old, were lovingly renovated and modernized. The old winegrower's house and the press house have been converted into holiday apartments. In 2005 the new building, in which there are double rooms and apartments, as well as the breakfast room, was completed.
